Meet the Owner | Annie Miller
For more than two decades, Annie Miller has been passionate about doing far more than just hair. As a salon owner, extension educator, mentor, and founder of her own luxury hair extension line, she’s dedicated her career to helping women feel confident, beautiful, and seen while pouring into the stylists she leads along the way.
In 2020, Annie and her husband felt God calling their family into a new season. In faith, they sold their businesses, left California, and moved to Tennessee to finish raising their family of five in a place that aligned more closely with their faith and values. It was one of the biggest leaps of faith they had ever taken—and one they’ll never regret. Today, they are incredibly grateful and proud to call Tennessee home.
Now based in Franklin, where she owns two Nash + Co. salon locations, Annie continues her passion by creating more than just a luxury salon experience. Through beautiful hair, meaningful mentorship, and a culture rooted in excellence and genuine connection, she’s built a place where women feel cared for, stylists are empowered to grow, and community is at the heart of everything they do.

Nash + Co. uses a clean hair color line, O&M Cor Color, and an Ammonia free line Redken Shades EQ for the safety of its guests and stylists.

Do you serve new guests?
Yes. Start with an online booking or a quick call so we can either set you up with a consultation or schedule you on the spot to match you to the right stylist and service.
Do you use clean color?
Yes—O&M CØR.color it’s free from rescorcinol and all PPD and ammonia, (the three biggest offending ingredients in hair color) and Redken Shades EQ (ammonia-free) to protect body , hair and scalp while achieving beautiful results
What products do you recommend for at home hair care?
We proudly carry Kérastase and Oribe to maintain shine, strength, and style longevity.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend scheduling 2–3 weeks ahead for peak times. If you have a special event, book as early as possible.
Where are you located and is there parking?
Our Franklin location is our full-service color & extension specialty salon, and at 1109 Davenport Blvd Ste. 900, Franklin, Tennessee. There is plenty of parking but our shopping center is extremely well-known and busy therefore during peak times you will need to allow for extra time to find parking.
Our Cool Springs salon is our Independent Stylist location, at

What if I need to reschedule?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and guests on our waitlist. Out of protection of our stylists, cancellations within 48 hrs of service times and no shows can be charged for $150.
