DREW
Partner Stylist | Lead Master Stylist

Drew runs our Nash + Co. Cool Springs location, and is originally from Southern California, where she and her husband owned a salon together before making the move to Tennessee. With many years behind the chair, she brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and knowledge to the Nash + Co. team.

She’s a mom of two and understands the balance of family life and salon life firsthand. Her experience as both a stylist and salon owner gives her a unique perspective, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of the Nash + Co. family.

KIM
Operations Partner | Lead Master Stylist

With nearly 20 years behind the chair, Kim brings experience, passion, and attention to detail to every appointment. She specializes in extensions, blonding, and seamless lived-in color, creating customized looks for every client. Known for her detailed and personalized approach, she is committed to helping every guest feel confident, comfortable, and cared for; all while adding laughs along the way!

In addition to serving her own clients, Kim is Annies trusted partner behind the scenes. She also plays an active role in mentoring stylists, supporting salon operations, and helping shape the guest experience and culture at Nash + Co. She loves sharing her knowledge, helping others grow, and bringing a steady presence to the team.

Originally from San Diego, California, Kim moved to Tennessee several years ago, where she met Annie shortly after arriving. What started as a friendship quickly grew into a partnership built on shared values, hard work, and a passion for creating something special together; growing Nash + Co into what it is today.

Outside of the salon, Kim enjoys life with her husband and their two golden retrievers. She loves staying healthy and active, traveling, and making new memories with her family. Rooted in her faith, she finds peace in knowing she is guided with intention and that each season of life is part of a greater plan.

DEB
Senior Stylist

Deb has been doing hair for about 20 years and recently moved to Tennessee from Minnesota with her family. She has a seven-year-old son and is loving settling into life here and putting down new roots.

She brings such a fun, calm, easy-going energy to the salon and somehow always has the cutest outfits. We’re all constantly jealous of her shoe collection—especially her colorful Dunks and jellies.

Deb built a very full clientele in Minnesota, so social media was never a huge focus for her there. Now that she’s newly rebuilding in Nashville, we’re excited for clients here to discover how talented she is behind the chair!

NATALIE
Master Stylist

Natalie is a Senior Stylist who has been doing hair for over 10 years. She moved here from Southern California about a year ago and has a sweet two-year-old boy who keeps her on her toes when she’s not at the salon.

She’s a great colorist, but what really sets her apart is that she’s our cutting girl—she truly loves everything about haircutting, which is rare to find in a stylist. She balances mom life and salon life beautifully.

BRITTANY
Master Stylist

Brittany has been doing hair for over 17 years and moved to Nashville from Southern California about a year ago—part of the great California migration along with Annie, Natalie, Kim and Lucy. She’s a mom of two, has three fur babies at home, and is loving this new chapter in Nashville.

And yes… all of that gorgeous hair is actually hers too. We’re jealous!. Brittany brings years of experience behind the chair along with such a warm, welcoming energy that makes clients instantly feel comfortable.

CHARLOTTE
Master Stylist

Charlotte is a Senior Stylist originally from Colorado. She loves being outdoors and spending time with her dogs. Also… we’re all a little jealous because yes, that gorgeous hair is actually hers—she’s definitely our extension inspiration (without even needing extensions 😉).

She’s also our ingredient nerd and the one we go to for anything technical when it comes to hair color or products. She’s earned herself the title of our go-to technical and handy girl expert—we often say, “Charlotte to the rescue!” haha.

LUCY
Senior Stylist

Lucy grew up in California, spent some time in Michigan, and eventually made her way to Tennessee. She started her career over 10 years ago assisting Annie in her California salon, and the two reconnected once Lucy moved to the Nashville area—which makes their journey together extra special.

Lucy is a huge education enthusiast—she loves to teach, research, and stay on top of all the latest in the industry. We always tease her because she somehow always has the newest and greatest tools before anyone else.

Outside of the salon, she’s a proud boy mom and you can usually find her at the barn with her horse and pony—That’s truly her happy place.

ASHLIE
Senior Stylist

Ashlie is one of our Senior Stylists and has been doing hair for over 10 years. She moved to Nashville from Northern California, where she actually started her career assisting Annie in her California salon. The two reconnected after realizing they had both made their way to the Nashville area, making it a true full-circle moment to be working together again.

Ashlie is a proud mom to two sweet little boys and loves living out on her land with her animals—fully embracing that farm life. She brings a strong foundation, attention to detail, and years of hands-on experience behind the chair.

BREE
Senior Stylist

Bree is one of our Senior Stylists, our go-to balayage specialist, and one of our educator stylists who works alongside an assistant. She grew up in Oklahoma and has called Nashville home for the past 10 years. She’s known for creating soft, seamless, lived-in color that grows out beautifully and feels effortless.

Outside of the salon, Bree has a huge heart for serving—she’s heavily involved in volunteering through her church and especially loves working with special needs kids. She’s also a proud dog mama to her adorable cavapoo.

EMMA C.
Core Stylist

Emma moved to Nashville in 2025 from Arizona and has been assisting Annie, the owner, ever since—soaking up everything. She now works alongside her as her Co-Stylist and has become incredibly skilled in extensions from all that hands-on experience. When she’s not at the salon, she loves enjoying everything Nashville has to offer or heading back to Dallas to spend time with her sister, niece, and nephew—who she’s completely obsessed with.

SYDNEY
Core Stylist

Sydney is one of our Core Stylists and moved here from Illinois less than a year ago. She’s been loving getting to know Nashville and brings the sweetest, most positive energy to the salon. She’s as cute as she is kind, and clients absolutely adore her.

Fun fact- Sydney actually started her career in a blowout salon, so creating the perfect polished blowout comes naturally to her. She also does beautiful color work and has such a great eye for effortless, pretty hair.

JENNA
Apprentice Stylist

Jenna is our Apprentice Stylist and is currently going through beauty school while training hands-on in the salon alongside our team. She’s from Alabama and is coming up on her one-year anniversary of living in Nashville—officially joining our Nashville transplant tribe.

Jenna originally started with us as our receptionist and was always coming into work in the cutest, most fashion-forward outfits. Between her love for beauty, fashion, and being surrounded by salon life every day, she quickly realized she wanted to be in the industry herself. We happily took her in as our apprentice and have loved teaching her everything we know along the way. She’s eager to learn and soaking up every minute of the journey.

JESSI
Assistant & Blowout Stylist

Jessi is currently an assistant and a Blowout Stylist at Nash + Co., where she is building a strong foundation behind the chair while training in our color and extension methods and techniques. Through our advanced education program, she is gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to become a well-rounded stylist.

She has been recently trained as one of our Blowout Stylists and is already creating beautiful, polished results. What stands out most about Jessi is her natural “get it” factor. Some things simply can’t be taught, and she has an instinctive ability to learn quickly, connect the dots, and pick up new techniques with confidence.

Combined with her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for the beauty industry, Jessi has become a standout member of our team. As she continues her training and grows behind the chair, we are incredibly excited to watch her talent flourish and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes in her career.

EMMA R.
Assistant & Blowout Stylist

Emma is at the exciting beginning of her hairstyling career. Recently licensed and eager to learn, she joined Nash + Co. as an assistant and has already begun training in color, cutting, and extensions.

While continuing her education behind the chair, Emma has recently become one of our Blowout Stylists, where she has been trained in our styling techniques and creating beautiful, polished looks for clients. Her positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine care for others make her a wonderful part of our team.

As a new mom to her sweet little boy, Emma understands the importance of helping women feel confident, refreshed, and cared for during the busy seasons of life. She is passionate about growing her skills, serving her clients well, and building a career she can be proud of.

We can’t wait to watch Emma continue to grow and are excited for the future ahead of her at Nash + Co.
