Nash + Co. is a hair extension and color specialty salon with two locations in Franklin, Tennessee.
We are not a general salon that also does extensions — extensions and color are the whole practice, built around an in-house luxury extension line, a clean color philosophy, and a team trained through our own education program. Today we serve guests from two locations in Franklin, and this is the story of how we got here.
Our Story
Hair has always been part of Annie Miller’s story. Inspired by her mom, who is also a hairstylist, Annie grew up in the salon and began beauty school at just 16. By 24, she had opened her first salon, beginning a career that would span more than two decades of serving women, mentoring stylists, building award-winning salons and developing her own extension brand.
When COVID brought the beauty industry to a standstill, Annie made the difficult decision to sell her salon company to Vagaro, one of the nation’s largest leading salon software companies. She then joined Vagaro’s executive leadership team, helping bridge the gap between technology and the real-life needs of salon owners across the country.
During that season, Annie and her husband felt God calling their family into a new chapter. They left California and moved to Tennessee to raise their family of five in a place that aligned with their faith and values. Today, Annie is proud to call Tennessee home and is living that vision through Nash + Co.—a salon built on excellence, genuine connection, beautiful hair, and helping women leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Our Own Luxury Extension Line
We developed and stock our own in-house luxury hair extension line, which means we are not sourcing from whatever a distributor has available. We control the quality, the color matching, and the availability — and our stylists are trained on that specific hair, using a hand-sewn weft method chosen for how it wears and how it protects the hair underneath.
Clean, Beautiful Color
A Team Built Through Mentorship
Nash + Co. runs its own advanced education program, and our stylists move through it. Assistants train in our color and extension methods before they take their own guests. Apprentices work alongside licensed stylists while they finish school. Senior and Master Stylists mentor the people coming up behind them.
