OUR LEVEL SYSTEM

At Nash + Co. we use a level system which allows guests to choose a stylist based on their needs, complexity of their service and budget, while still receiving the same standard of quality. It also ensures that higher-level stylists can focus on more advanced, specialized services, while maintenance services are handled efficiently by other team stylists.

Every stylist is trained in the Nash + Co. Standard by our owner and Master stylists ensuring that quality results are at every level. Our Core stylists ( level 1 & 2 ) are ideal for blowouts, maintenance color, everyday highlights and mini move-ups while Senior and Master stylists ( level 3+ ) are recommended for color transformations, corrective color and full extension transformations.

Stylist levels are based on experience, demand on time, skill and ongoing education. As they grow, build their clientele, and consistently meet our standards, they advance through the levels.

At Nash + Co., hair extensions are not an add-on, they are our specialty. We offer our own in-house Nash + Co. Luxury Hand-Sewn Hair Extensions, designed for the most seamless blend, natural movement, and comfortable wear. Each set is custom-matched and installed using a beaded foundation and hand-sewn wefts, allowing for beautiful volume and length while protecting the health of your natural hair. With proper care, our extensions are designed to last 6–8 months, and every guest receives personalized education to ensure longevity and effortless maintenance.
